About The Business AI Guide

Practical guides and comparisons of AI tools for small businesses.

The Business AI Guide helps small business owners — typically teams of 1 to 50 people — pick AI tools with confidence. We write guides and head-to-head comparisons, organised by the job you need done: writing, marketing, customer service, automation, finance and design.

What this site is — and isn’t

This is a guides and comparisons site, not a tool directory. There are already directories listing tens of thousands of tools; what a small business owner needs is not a longer list, but a straight answer: which tool fits this job, what does it cost, and what are its limits?

We focus on small business narrowly. A tool that suits an enterprise team with a dedicated budget is often the wrong answer for a five-person business, and our guides say so when that is the case.

Who it’s for

Small business owners in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. All content is in English, and prices are checked on vendors’ own pages and date-stamped so you can see when they were last verified.

How we choose what to cover

We cover the questions small business owners actually search for — starting with specific, long-tail topics where a genuinely useful guide can be written, rather than broad head terms already owned by large established sites. Every guide passes the same checks before it is published: live keyword research, a winnability verdict against the current top results, a zero-defect verification pass, and an authenticity review. A guide that fails a check does not get published.

How the site earns money

Display advertising is our main income. Affiliate links are secondary: some links may earn us a commission if you buy through them, but we never depend on any single affiliate program, and every page that contains affiliate links says so at the top, before the first link. Read the full Affiliate Disclosure.

Our standards

We make no promises about income, rankings or results from any tool. A guide can help you choose; it cannot guarantee what a tool will do for your business.
