About the editorial team
The Business AI Guide is written and researched by a small editorial team focused on one thing: helping small businesses choose AI tools without the hype. We are not a vendor, and we do not sell the tools we write about.
How we work
- Research first. Every guide starts with live keyword research and a check of what the current top results already cover. If there is no distinct, useful angle, the guide does not get written.
- Named sources. Every key fact in a guide traces to a named source — usually the vendor’s own documentation or pricing page, or a reputable publication.
- Prices, verified. Prices and plan limits are checked on vendor pages, date-stamped in the guide, and re-verified regularly. Tool pricing changes fast; a price without a check date is not trusted here.
- No fake testing. We never claim to have tested a tool hands-on when we have not. Where a comparison rests on published features, limits and pricing, the guide says so.
- Our own angle. Every guide carries its own “why it matters” view — what changes for a small business, what to watch next, and where the tool falls short.
Corrections
If you spot an error — a wrong price, an outdated limit, a broken link — please tell us through the contact page. Corrections are made promptly and the guide is updated with the corrected figure.
What we don’t do
- We don’t publish paid reviews or let any vendor pay for a better verdict.
- We don’t reproduce vendor marketing copy as our own writing.
- We don’t invent testimonials, statistics or prices.
