These terms govern your use of thebusinessaiguide.com (“the site”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What the site is
The Business AI Guide publishes guides and comparisons of AI tools for small businesses. The content is general information to help you choose tools; it is not legal, financial, tax or professional advice for your specific situation.
2. Our responsibility for what we publish
We are the publisher of the reviews, guides and comparisons on this site, and we are responsible for their content. The safe-harbour protection for intermediaries under section 79 of India’s Information Technology Act 2000 does not apply to content we create and publish ourselves. If a guide contains an error, tell us through the contact page and we will correct it.
3. Accuracy — and its limits
- Prices and plan limits are checked on vendors’ own pages and date-stamped in each guide. Tool prices and plans change often, so a price can be out of date even a short time after checking. Always confirm the current price on the vendor’s own page before you buy.
- Tool features change, free tiers change, and vendors change their terms. We re-verify regularly, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is current at the moment you read it.
- We never claim hands-on testing that didn’t happen. Where a comparison rests on published features, limits and pricing, the guide says so.
- We make no promise that any tool will earn you money, save you a particular amount of time, or suit your business. A guide helps you choose; the result depends on your business.
4. Affiliate links and advertising
Some links on this site may be affiliate links: if you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Pages that contain affiliate links say so at the top, before the first link. Advertising is our main income; affiliate commissions are secondary and never decide what we recommend. See the Affiliate Disclosure for the full details. As of the date above, this site contains no affiliate links.
5. Acceptable use
You may read and link to our content. You may not:
- Copy our articles wholesale and republish them as your own.
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or to harm the site or its users.
- Scrape the site aggressively or in a way that disrupts it for others.
- Submit false, abusive or unlawful material through the contact form.
6. Intellectual property
The text, design and structure of this site are ours. Tool names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners; naming a tool in a guide does not imply endorsement by that tool’s maker, and no tool maker endorses this site unless a guide explicitly says so.
7. Comments
Comments are currently switched off on this site. If comments are enabled in future, the rules for them will be published here first.
8. Corrections and takedowns
If you believe a guide is wrong, out of date, or infringes your rights, contact us through the contact page with the page address and the details. We review every report and correct genuine errors promptly.

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from decisions you make based on its content — including buying a tool that does not suit your business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the site changes. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
